Illumina

Illumina, the Legendary Champion of Light.

Illumina is the seventh challenge on The Conduit board. She appears alongside Intaym in Duty and Rebellion.

Attacks[]

  1. Illumina raises her shield, empowering herself.
    • 'The Light beckons to me!'
    • Heals herself for 10% of her maximum HP.
    • Applies 'Shield of Light' for 4 turns.
      • +(80 + 5X) Melee/Pierce/Magic.
        • X is equal to Illumina's Berserk.
    • Applies 'Fury of Light' for 4 turns.
      • +(40 + 2.5X) Boost, rounded up.
        • X is equal to Illumina's Berserk.
  2. Illumina fires rays of light at her target.
    • Attacks for 3 hits of 100% Light Magic damage (300% total).
    • If all 3 hits connect, inflicts 'Illumina's Radiance' for 2 turns.
      • Illumina's radiance blinds you!
      • -50 Bonus.
  3. Illumina raises her shield, empowering herself.
    • Gains 1 stack of Berserk.
    • Heals herself for (2.5Y)% of her maximum HP.
      • Y is equal to Illumina's Charge.
    • Applies 'Celeritas's Chosen' for 5 turns.
      • +(10 + 10Y) All.
      • -(10 + 10Y) Health.
      • Y is equal to Illumina's Charge.
    • Resets Charge to 0.
  4. Illumina blasts her target with a massive beam of light.
    • Gains 1 stack of Berserk.
    • Automatically inflicts 'Blazing Light' for 5 turns inclusive.
      • -(10 + 10Y) Light.
      • +(10 + 10Y) Health.
      • Y is equal to Illumina's Charge.
    • Attacks for 11 hits of (100 + 5Y)% Light Magic damage with +10Y Bonus ((1100 + 55Y)% total).
      • Y is equal to Illumina's Charge.
    • Resets Charge to 0.

Rotation[]

Illumina's attack rotation is 1 -> 2 -> 2 -> 2 -> (3 or 4) -> repeat.

  • Illumina normally alternates between Attack 3 and Attack 4.
    • Illumina will use Attack 3 in her first rotation.
  • If Illumina's shield becomes fully charged (see Mechanics), she will immediately use Attack 3 or Attack 4 (whichever one was not used previously) before restarting her rotation.

Mechanics[]

Shield of Light[]

  • If Illumina receives 4 hits before she can act, she automatically applies 'Shield of Light' for the rest of the turn.
    • +500 Melee/Pierce/Magic.

Damage Reflection[]

  • If Illumina's net resistance (Element + All) to an element is below 0, she will reflect 100% of all direct damage taken from that element
    • 'You cannot escape the Light!'
    • If she has net -All, she will reflect all direct damage taken.

Charge and Berserk[]

  • Illumina has two stacking counters, Charge and Berserk.
  • Illumina gains 1 stack of Charge for every hit against her that misses.
    • Illumina's shield charges up from your attack!
    • After gaining 5 stacks of Charge, Illumina skip to the end of her rotation and use either Attack 3 or 4 (whichever one was not used previously, defaulting to Attack 3 if it is the start of the battle), and restarts her rotation.
      • Illumina's shield is fully charged!
    • Each stack of Charge increases the effectiveness of both Attacks 3 and 4.
      • After using either attack, Charge is reset to 0.
  • Each time Attacks 3 or 4 is used, Illumina gains one stack of Berserk
    • Each stack of Berserk increases the strength of her buffs applied by Attack 1.
    • If Illumina is reduced below 50% HP, she immediately heals herself for 1000% of her maximum HP and gains an additional 20 stacks of Berserk.
      • 'Celeritas! Grant me power!'
      • If Illumina is reduced below 50% HP from direct damage, she will activate this ability immediately after the hit. Otherwise, she will activate it at the start of her next turn.
